Mixmag celebrated Fact’s fifth birthday at La Carpa, Barcelona with an all-day, all-night affair featuring Lazarus, Magda and Mathew Jonson (live). They were joined by duo Azimute, Mexican DJ Hector, Valentino Kanzyani, Benoit & Sergio (live) and Fur Coat. Fact residents also took part in two back-to-back-to-backs at the start and end of the party.
Magda and NYMA’s Define The Relationship project renowned for reshaping classic songs into darker electronic productions recently reworked Joy Division’s iconic ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’ with French singer Miss Kittin supplying a haunting and euphoric vocal melody paying homage to Ian Curtis’: http://d-t-r.org
