This first series featured Eris Drew, Ruby Savage, and Gemma Jennison, among other guests
The Back 2 Life podcast about mental health in electronic music is back for a second series.
Helmed by DJ and broadcaster Milly Chowles (aka Milly on Air), this new series will see Louisahhh, Cera Khin, Nightwave, Bushwacka, and more artists discuss their experiences.
In the first episode, Louisahhh opens up about her recovery from cocaine addiction, as well as her experiences of sex in sobriety and discovering BDSM. “I remember crying on the dancefloor because I was so happy to be back in that environment and to know that it wasn’t just the drugs”, she says. Listen to the Louisahhh episode below.
Episode two will see Cera Khin discuss psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and why she founded the Instagram page Techno Mental Health during lockdown. New episodes will be released every two weeks until the end of January 2023. Follow the podcast on Spotify or Apple.
The first series of Back 2 Life featured guests such as Eris Drew talking about her transition and struggles with mental health and substances and Ruby Savage about founding the Artist Recovery Club, among other insights.
