Coors Light DJ Competition winner Kessler lays down an hour of upbeat house in the Lab LDN.
In 2019 Mixmag and Coors Light in Northern Ireland teamed up to create DJ Academy; a DJ contest with a difference. Instead of just crowning the winner of a DJ contest we wanted to set them up for a career in DJing, beyond the comp itself. We asked the best DJs in Northern Ireland to enter our contest and we narrowed the winners down to a final six who all played the finals at Thompson’s in Belfast. Of the six finalists we selected two winners, Caoimhe and Kessler, who were flown to London to play their own private Lab LDN in the Mixmag offices. As part of their prize Mixmag also took their press shots and wrote their press release, took them for an industry round-table lunch to give them inside info on taking their career to the next level plus they each received and Allen&Heath Xone:43C.
